§ 7-36. Testing of disaster warning devices.

(a)

The ESDA shall be allowed to test disaster warning devices on the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 in the morning.

(b)

The ESDA may also test disaster-warning devices during disaster-training exercises that are specifically and expressly approved in advance by the IEMA.
