§ 28-392. Parking violation notice; penalty.

Whenever any person is convicted of any act prohibited or declared to be unlawful by this division, shall be punished by a fine not less than $50.00 and not more than as provided by section 1-5 of this Code for each offense. This violation may be enforced each 24 hours.
