§ 28-225. Blind, hearing impaired or physically handicapped pedestrian right-of-way.

  • The driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to any blind, hearing impaired or physically handicapped pedestrian carrying a clearly visible white cane or accompanied by a support or guide dog.
