§ 28-84. Tabulating days.

The first day of any time period set forth in section 28-83 shall be the next calendar date from the date of the violation on the parking citation. If the correct amount of settlement as set forth in section 28-83 is mailed, payment shall be considered made on the post-marked date stamped on the envelope accompanying the settlement. If the final date of any such time period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or other day the offices of city are not conducting regular business, such final day will be extended to the next day of the offices of the city conduct regular business.
